Ran a 13:52 mile and a half! Kept a decent pace, really had to drive for those last few seconds but I made it under 14 minutes!
Good day. I felt like I was going to throw up after I was done but I did it!
So, everyone talks about how the song “Radioactive” is almost like our fandom’s anthem, so… this happened! I made an anthem… thing.
Take a gander at it… :) Even if I’m not very good at it, made for this adorable fandom! (And if people like it, I might try my hand at some more…)
This is a really cool mix. I really like this a lot!
Hello, my name is Bonnie, and I have body image issues.
Something important to remember but usually forgotten:
Body image issues have little to do with how others view you, but how you view yourself.
Comments of encouragement proclaiming beauty, fitness, courage, or any other positive outlook is almost always appreciated, but inevitably does nothing but show a complete lack of understanding of the actual problem at hand.
There is little an outside observer can do, but… offering an ear and asking questions can be far more helpful than getting angry or telling the person how much you wish you looked like them.
Having body image issues doesn’t make your compliments or desire to possess a trait that the disordered person possesses, any less valid. It just means they cannot see them. Sort of like being upset with a blind person for not appreciating the beauty of a sunset, or a deaf person the qualities of a symphony. It exists without the need for their ability to see it.
Please be patient with us, we usually hate ourselves enough without the added guilt of insulting you because we hate what we see in the mirror.
In short: Body dysmorphia is about the person who has it, not the outsider or the onlooker. You can’t fix it, all you can do is be cognizant of it, be patient, be honest, and don’t take it as a personal affront.
Love you all,
PS. Feel free to share.
Bonnie is another one of my hero’s because she’s so self aware and honest.
Love ya Bonnie! :D
It’s not perfect, it’s not long and lean or even supple, it’s not what is traditionally considered “pretty/beautiful/sexy”.

Finally got around to starting TUF 18 and some of these dudes are JACKED at 135. It’s insane how some of these dudes carry weight…
I have to be honest it makes me feel better about carrying 203 the way I do.

Welcome to the gun show! I love that this is a fairly “classic” interpretation of the Wonder Woman costume, executed in metal and leather, and worn by a woman who looks like she could kick some ass!
Holy crap this is awesome
Those arms… rawr.
I could watch this everyday & never get tired of hearing it! Ronda Rousey (by FearlessSavage)
I’m seriously falling more and more in love with this woman.
Watch this video. She’s honest, firm, vulnerable and strong all in 18 minutes.
I really want to meet Ronda and have some drinks and just talk about everything from fights, to philosophy… she’s amazing, and deserves to be as “cocky” as she wants.
